Loyalty Card:

  • Individuals of the loyalty scheme must pay for the full amount of their own hire(s). Partial payments or paying for others does not qualify.
  • Pay for 4 full outfit hires, for yourself and get a 5th full hire outfit free
  • Wedding party – An Individual paying the full amount for a wedding party is only entitled to one card and one loyalty stamp.
  • The remaining 3 hires, after the initial 1st hire, must be hired within an 18 month period.
  • The 5th free full outfit hire must be redeemed within 6 months of the 4th hire.
  • Hire return dates will be used as the official dates in conjunction with the loyalty timescales in the previous two points.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Loyalty cards are not transferrable to other individuals or other services we offer.
  • No cash equivalent given
  • No change given
  • Loyalty card is non-refundable
  • Taylor Made Kilts retains the right to cancel any card or the loyalty scheme at any time
  • Taylor Made Kilts retains the right to give out loyalty cards at our own discretions
  • An individual card and stamps will be given out at the time of the full balance being paid

Standard Hire:

  • 50% booking fee will apply
  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Cancelled orders may be subject to additional charges
  • The customer must take good care of all the items hired and accept them in good condition
  • The customer must ensure underwear is worn
  • The customer must return all items by the due date and accept a charge of £30 a day thereafter
  • The customer will pay the full retail prices for any items that have been lost or damaged or require dry cleaning due to being badly soiled
  • The customer must collect the hire on the agreed date and try on the garments on the day of collection. Any unsatisfactory garments must be reported no later than 10am following the collection date. After this, Taylor Made Kilts cannot accept any responsibility
  • Although every effort will be made to have garments available for the collection date, the actual hire is deemed to commence at 10:00am on the function date

The Wedding Clan:

  • T’s & C’s for our Taylor Made Kilts standard hire apply
  • Get a grooms standard full outift free, when hiring 6 or more standard full outfits
  • Cannot be used with any other Taylor Made Kilts offer
  • Can be used in conjunction with ‘Any Tartan’ – See ‘Any Tartan’ T’s and C’s

‘Any Tartan’:

  • T’s & C’s for our Taylor Made Kilts standard hire apply
  • Subject to cloth availability at the mill 
  • Subject to availability of hire accessories 
  • A minimum of 12 weeks is required to make your kilt  
  • Does not include a shirt  
  • Option to buy the kilts, trews or plaid expires 6 weeks after the hire period
  • Can be used in conjunction with The Wedding Clan – In terms of the free outfit, the difference between the hire ‘any tartan’ full outfit and our standard hire full outfit will be applied. 
  • Can be used in conjunction with our ‘10% off when you book 6 or more full outfits’. Your ‘any tartan’ full outfit hire would not be eligible for the 10% discount, but the remaining standard full outfit hires will receive a 10% discount. 

Made to Measure:

  • 50% booking fee will be required at the time of booking for your made to measure outfit, suit or individual items
  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Cancelled order may be subject to additional charges
  • Final balance must be paid 1 week before the agreed collection / delivery date
  • Upon collection, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items that they are collecting are the correct items and are the correct fit.

Delivery:

  • A delivery date and time will be agreed and signed for by the customer as part of the completion of the overall booking
  • The delivery cost will be added to the total transaction amount before any booking fee is calculated
  • Due to the delivery cost being added to the overall booking amount, the booking fee for the delivery will be part of the overall 50% booking fee
  • The final balance will also be part of the remaining payment balance that must be paid 1 week before the agreed delivery date
  • Any required changes to the delivery date and / or time, must be communicated with Taylor Made kilts at least two days before the agreed delivery date
  • It is the customers responsibility to check that everything that has been booked, is present when receiving their delivery 
  • If no-one is present on the agreed date and time to accept delivery and Taylor Made Kilts has not been made aware, the items will be taken back to the shop, the full outstanding amount for the booking will be taken from the original payment card and it will then become the responsibility of the customer to collect from the shop

Cancellation Policy:

  • The booking fee of 50% is non refundable or transferable
  • In the event of the order being cancelled up to 6 weeks before the collection / delivery date, a charge of half the hire price will apply
  • In the event of the order being cancelled up to 3 week before the collection / delivery date, full charges will apply
